Refund & Returns Policy

At Patriot4 Concepts, we stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible apparel items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Customized or personalized apparel with custom names, numbers, or text
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or face coverings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at youngsmarketing4@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
  • Include your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return
  • Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return authorization and instructions
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — we recommend keeping your tracking number

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return initiation process above and note your desired exchange in your email. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at youngsmarketing4@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
