Shipping Policy

Patriot4 Concepts is proud to ship apparel to customers across the United States. Below you will find details on processing times, shipping options, and what to do if something goes wrong with your shipment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the order date:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available at checkout)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination. Free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Patriot4 Concepts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • Email us at youngsmarketing4@gmail.com if the package cannot be located

We will work with the carrier to investigate. Patriot4 Concepts is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at youngsmarketing4@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the order.
